Earth Quake explanations.

A earthquake is a disater that destories land, shops and houses, but how does it form?
The earth is made of 18 techtonic plates. First they move very slowy,so very slowy you can't feel them move.
Under the plates are a porridge like substance called matel. Then the mantel slowly moves that makes the plates move. Due to the earth's plates moving sometimes they colide together and make a jolt that sends shockwaves or vibrations across your county( or state) shaking. This is how a earthquake forms.by William

How a earth quake is made? A earth quake is a techtonic plate that shakes under ground and it vibrates under ground too.But how is a earth quake made? The earth quake is like a sold egg because an egg has a solid shell in the inside there is a volcano orangey bit that is in the middle burning firing rocks bursting out of the egg. When the plates are moving they hit each other there is a jolt there is a bit of vibration  and it makes a noise. The crust is the outer bit of the world.First is the crust and when they move very very fast there is a  huge  JOLT. The bits do a  little bang there are a little shockwave and a big shockwave and last but not least it is starting  to stop thats why the Chrishchurch people got a little jolt and shockwave. This is how a earthquake  is made! BY Maisen

How is a earthquake made
An earthquake is a thing that can make huge cracks and destroy a house  and kill people. But how is a earthquake made?

The earth  has plates they move and when the plates bang in to each  other. Then it  makes a jolt  and goes  though the plates the techtonic plates. If they are close to places it makes the ground move. Earthquakes spread and that is how the earthquake goes so far  with vribrations.

How is a earthquake made?

A earthquake is a big or small movement that shakes and can damage anything.A earthquake can make cracks big or small. Now how is a earthquake made?

The earth has plates on the crust and when they move it makes a earthquake. In the centre of the earth it is like hot larva that is called mantel. First the larva melts rock and then the heat can make the techtonic plates move into each other or rubb agaist each other. That makes a vibrition that is a earthquake. There can be a fast jolt that makes a big earthquake or a slow movement that does not make a big earthquake. Then the plates settle into to their place that makes after shocks. That is how a earthquake is made and earthquakes spread until they get softer and then they go away.BY Matthew

How is a earthquake made?
A eathquake is plates under the ground and they rock together and make special stuff in your house.
A earthquake is two plates under the the ground and they rock together and make a huge jolt and aftershocks. The techtonic plates get back into a comfartable place. After a eathquake the vibrations move out and aftershocks get camler and camler an till you can barely feel it anymore. The whole is like two different peices and the outside is the crust and the inside is rock going all over the place. The crust is the bit that rocks and there are eighteen different techtonic plates and two are near new zealand.
So that is how an earth quake is made.
